I previously had another pool service and they didn’t take care of my pool nor did they even take the time to educate me on the reasons for doing what was being done. Mr. Datz came out on the first inspection and gave me an overall assessment of my pool. What needs to be fixed, pH level I should keep my pool at, slight maintenance in between visits that would give my pump and pool longevity. I would say I was definitely a newbie when it came to pools but with him taking time to inform me and show me things I feel a lot more educated and knowledgeable about my pool. Thank you.
